Shorsky National Park occupies the mountain-taiga south of Kemerovo Region. Here there is dense fir taiga, cliffs and caves along the banks of the River Mrassu, waterfalls and Shor villages. There is almost no road network inside the park: most routes are river trips down the Mrassu from Ust-Kabyrza, with the car left at the entrance. Visits are arranged through the park administration.
