The All Saints Cathedral stands on a hill above the southern part of Tula, by the old city cemetery. Construction began in the late 18th century, and the two tall bell towers were added later, making the church one of the city's main verticals — visible from distant approaches. It is active, and there is parking on the adjoining streets.
