CAMPLY community places are 1.8 million spots on the map for travelling by motorhome, campervan or tent: wild camps, springs, dump stations, viewpoints, fuel stations and warnings. Every place was added by a traveller, passed moderation and gathered reviews and photos; the card shows the weather, tide, hazards nearby and hiking trails close by.

Sixteen kinds of places
Camps and overnight stops
Wild camps, rest areas, a spot for a tent. What it was like: level, quiet, is there light.
Water, dump, hygiene
Springs, water fill-up, grey-water dump, shower and toilet — so you don’t hunt around fuel stations.
Viewpoints and nature
Lookouts, waterfalls, beaches — everything worth leaving the highway for.
Warnings
A ford, a blocked road, a barrier, aggressive security — marks that save an evening.
How to find a camp for the night
Places are a map layer and a catalogue; group filters at the bottom of the map, and the card shows the weather, tide and hazards nearby.
- 1
Pick a group in the filters
Camps, water, nature, warnings — separate chips at the bottom of the map.
- 2
Read reviews and look at photos
Photos from reviews go into the place gallery after moderation.
- 3
Add or correct
“Suggest an edit” — coordinates, kind, amenities. The edit goes to a queue, the place does not break.
