FAQ

Visas for Türkiye citizens

Where can Türkiye passport holders go visa-free?
Visa-free: 75 countries and territories, including Albania, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Azerbaijan and Bahamas. In 5 more countries, an electronic travel authorisation is enough — it takes a few minutes online.
Where can you stay the longest without a visa?
The longest stays: Georgia — 360 days, Bahamas — 240 days, Peru — 183 days and Antigua and Barbuda — 180 days.
How accurate is this, and how often is it updated?
The reference is updated weekly and cross-checked against two independent sources; where they disagree, the country is marked “References disagree”. Only the destination country can confirm its rules — check its official website or embassy before you travel.
What is an electronic travel authorisation versus an e-visa?
An electronic travel authorisation (ETA, ESTA and the like) is a short online form, usually approved within minutes to days. An e-visa is a full visa, but you apply and pay online without visiting a consulate.
